1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NexIT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

NexIT provides custom software development services, SAP development services, consulting, and related technology solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activities that could harm our systems or other users

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. NexIT retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies used in providing services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Website Analytics and Tracking Technologies

By using our website, you acknowledge that we use cookies, analytics tools, and tracking technologies to improve our services and understand how visitors interact with our site. These technologies include:

• Website analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics)
• Customer relationship management tools (HubSpot)
• B2B visitor identification (Dealfront/Leadfeeder)
